Hite Photo + the Print Refinery is looking to add a Customer Service/Production rockstar to our team! This role requires someone who is motivated, positive, and enthusiastic. We print anything on everything! And process C-41 film in-house. We archive pretty much anything you can dig up in your parent’s basement. We also specialize in Photoshop and photo restoration projects, which means there’s something a little different to do every day! Because of the large variety of services we provide here, it is important that you are motivated to learn new things. Come join us!

YOU WILL:

• Assist guests with creating prints, wall décor and creative product orders.
• Use photo management and editing software to prepare files and execute pre-printing steps.
• Learn print production techniques, along with various other lab and creative tasks.
• Support the production management team with product creation, packaging and quality control
• The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is enthusiastic and reliable!

• Customer service savvy – go above and beyond at the highest levels
• Stellar communication abilities – articulate both in-person and electronically
• Grade A productivity and efficiency skills
• Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision and superb accuracy

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma
• A love for photography/photos.
• Photoshop is a plus, but not required (we will teach you!).

COMPENSATION:

Depending on experience: $12-16/hour for 35-40 hours/week.
Access to our studio and all of our production equipment.
