Negative Scanning

How many boxes of old negatives are sitting in your basement? It’s time to get organized! Digitization not only allows you to share your pre-digital memories with friends and family in our increasingly digital world, but gives you peace of mind that time and elements won’t destroy your original negatives. Here at Hite we offer multiple scanning options to meet your digitization needs. Check below to see which process is right for you.

Quick Scans

This is our most common method of scanning and is ideal for bulk digitization of standard 35 mm film strips. This process is meant for 35 mm color film although some black and white films and odd sized negatives are accepted.

Available in both 1000 DPI (up to 5×7) and 2000 DPI (up to 11×14).

1000 DPI – 2.00 1st strip/1.00 each

2000 DPI – 3.00 1st strip/2.00 each

*For black & white and medium format, add 1.00 per strip.

Uncut rolls/APS

1000 DPI – 5.99 per roll

2000 DPI – 9.99 per roll

*CD included in price*

Flatbed Scans

Flatbed scans are great for single, odd size, difficult black and white negatives, or for those looking for higher quality scans. Each scan is hit with a dust and scratches filter and simple brightness/color adjustment.

Up to 2400 DPI – 6.00 each

Drum Scans

This option is for the very best scan possible, up to 5700 DPI. Use this when making poster-sized prints. Includes a dust and scratches filter and brightness/color adjustment.

1st scan – 29.99 each

Additional scans 24.99 each
